B. Account & Profile Information

• Registration Details: Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Password.
• Vehicle Information: Vehicle registration number, model, device serial number, and vehicle documents.

C. Device & Technical Information

• Device Identifier: Device model, OS version, unique device identifier (ID), and IP address.
• App Usage & Diagnostics: Crash reports, system performance, and connection logs via Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics.

D. Camera, Photos & File Storage

• Camera & Photos: Accessed only when you capture or upload photos for vehicle installation, profile picture, or document registration.
• Barcode / QR Scanner: Access to camera to scan QR codes for device pairing and installation.
• Document Storage: Uploaded vehicle papers (RC, Insurance, Driving License, etc.) stored securely for user access.

E. Payment Information

• Payments for subscriptions or services are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your full Credit/Debit card numbers or net banking passwords on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information (जानकारी का उपयोग)

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To display live vehicle location and route history on interactive maps (Google Maps API).
• To send push notifications and alerts (Geofence breaches, overspeeding, engine ignition status, maintenance reminders).
• To manage your account, verify your identity, and provide customer support.
• To facilitate secure subscription billing via payment gateways.
• To improve app stability, troubleshoot bugs, and enhance user experience.
